Smoked Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
1 Pkg Pork Tenderloin (2 pcs per pkg)
BBQ Rub – use homemade or use your favorite rub
1 lb Thick Cut Bacon
Remove silver skin from loin and rim off excess fat.
Grill temperature should be between 350 – 400 F. We used apple wood for
Rub loins with olive oil and coat with your favorite BBQ Rub. Let sit for at least
Wrap loin in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
Grill indirect heat turning half way through. Grill until internal temperature reaches
145 F. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes before slicing.
Cook time is approx 1 hour.
