[Diet] Satisfying low calorie desserts! |weight loss

Happy Tuesday!

I have three desserts that are low-calorie and SUPER easy. These are substitutes for the original desserts and the point of these desserts were not to replicate the exact taste but to find an alternative. No fancy equipments or cooking skills are needed. Below I will wrote down the ingredients needed and any additional input I would like to include.

I hope you guys find this helpful!
Enjoy!

Dunkaroo icing:
I cup of greek yogurt
20 grams of pudding powder
Rainbow sprinkles (optional)

Grain puffs: you can find these at the local korean market. I tried to find some at other stores but they look a little different & overpriced. At $4-5 you should receive a bag of 20-30 puffs.

Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:

1 cup of rolled oats or quick oats
2 medium bananas
2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips
Almond milk (optional)
Vanilla extract (optional but recommended)
Cinnamon (optional)

This could be a dessert or a snack. If you like oatmeal and bananas, you cant go wrong with this one.

39 Calorie Brownies

3/4 cups of greek yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup of truvia
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Okay for this dessert I was a little hesitant to add because the truvia taste was so prominent and the dessert was strangely sour? However, upon doing research, there were a lot of people who enjoyed this brownie. So, I thought I would add this dessert to inform a 39-calorie brownie exists! I mean come on 39 calories?! If you guys really want something that resembles a brownie without sacrificing the calories, this one is for you. On the other hand, if you want a true brownie just eat half a real brownie and go on with your day. Would I make this again? No
