This Bacon and Egg Muffin Recipe is super easy to prep and make and so practical, it is one of my favorite quick and easy breakfast ideas, especially when I am on a ketogenic diet. You can take these and stick them in a tupperware in the fridge and eat them through out the day as meals or Snacks when you need and they are 0 Carb, perfect for Keto Diet or intermittent fasting weight loss or maintenance protocols.
